Educational Philosophy

Choices Leadership Academy is founded on the philosophy that all students are entitled to and can succeed in college preparatory programs when: 1) the curriculum is rigorous, engaging, and well-planned; 2) the school emphasizes life-changing character education and leadership development; and 3) a strong parent and community support system embraces academic excellence and social development within a diverse, culturally rich environment.

Our Mission

Choices Leadership Academy is an independent, advanced college preparatory school that embraces diverse cultures of students and prepares them to enter, succeed in, and graduate from college. Our mission is to provide quality personal and community education for America’s future generation of leaders by promoting ethical citizenship, multicultural knowledge, artistic creativity, and academic excellence paralleled with appropriate choice making and self value. Choices Leadership Academy prepares students for admission to private college preparatory middle schools, as well as, to public middle school advanced curriculum programs.

Choices Leadership Academy partners with multi-cultural leadership from top independent schools, colleges, and cultural organizations to prepare students for a successful transition from lower to middle school.
